🏬 In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are final sale. Refunds are not available for items purchased directly in-store. In limited cases, store credit may be issued at staff discretion.🛍️ Return Eligibility (Online Orders Only)

- Return Deadline: Ship the item back within 20 calendar days of initiating your return request.
- Item Condition: Items must be in original condition with Gong Nong Bing Vintage tags attached.
- Minor vintage wear is expected.
- Major flaws will be clearly described in listings.

By Post: Gong Nong Bing Vintage 68 Charing Cross Road London, WC2H 0BB Include: your name, order number, and receipt. In-Store Drop-Off: Return in person during store hours (1 PM – 8 PM daily) with the same details.🌍 International Customers
Mail returns to the same address above. Include your name, order number, and receipt. Return shipping and customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.💰 Refunds (Online Orders)
- Processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International refunds may take longer due to currency and bank delays
