• Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)
• Items bought online and collected in-store (eligible for store credit only)
• In-store purchases (non-refundable; store credit may be offered at our discretion)

🏬 In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final sale.
Refunds are not available for items purchased directly in-store.
In limited cases, store credit may be issued at staff discretion.

🛍️ Return Eligibility (Online Orders Only)

• Return Request Window: Contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your item.
• Return Deadline: Ship the item back within 20 days of initiating your return request.
• Item Condition: Items must be in original condition with Gong Nong Bing Vintage tags attached.
  • Minor vintage wear is expected.
  • Major flaws will be clearly described in listings.

📦 How to Return (Online Orders)

🇬🇧 UK Customers

By Post:

Include: your name, order number, and receipt.

In-Store Drop-Off:
Return in person during store hours (1 PM – 8 PM daily) with the same details.

🌍 International Customers

Mail returns to the same address above. Include your name, order number, and receipt.
Return shipping and customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.

💰 Refunds (Online Orders)

• Processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• International refunds may take longer due to currency and bank delays

🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 72 hours of receipt.
Include: photos and a description of the issue.
If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
