Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All purchases . Pickups are available 1pm-8pm. £1 processing fee per order.
Orders must be placed online before collection.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at the store.
Upon collection, customers are required to inspect items for any unacceptable flaws.
In-store collections are considered final sale; returns are eligible for store credit only.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders with a total value above £100.

Standard Delivery

For orders over £100, shipping is free. For orders under £100, UK delivery costs £4, while international shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties or taxes.
