Gong Nong Bing Vintage is an independent vintage clothing shop, jewellery & accessories shop based in Soho and Covent Garden, Central London. Founded by two vintage lovers from China, we began as an online store during the 2020 pandemic and opened our physical shop in 2022. Our collection celebrates iconic vintage fashion from the 1960s to early 2000s — including rare British labels like Laura Ashley, bold 1980s silhouettes, Y2K street style, and timeless mid-century tailoring.

Our shop name — Gong Nong Bing — comes from Chinese Mandarin and means “Workers, Peasants, and Soldiers.” It reflects our love for practical, enduring styles rooted in resilience and simplicity. We draw inspiration from these origins, blending East and West in a way that honours craftsmanship and authenticity.

We travel across Europe and beyond to handpick vintage dresses, skirts, jackets, jewellery, and accessories. Each item tells a story, whether it’s a 1970s floral pinafore or a Tyrolean-style wool skirt. We value vintage not only for its aesthetics, but also as a sustainable way to dress with meaning.
